I've led behavioral health and global health research at KEMRI, directing clinical trials for adolescent girls and young women that produced six peer-reviewed publications on intimate partner violence, HIV care, COVID-19 response, and diagnostic testing.
In my current work with KEMRI/Sports Science Research Centre, I co-designed a health delivery framework with Stanford School of Medicine for 350 participants and taken lead for the Vaccine Demand Work Package for maternal immunization research across counties in Western Kenya. Additionally, I have executed formative research initiatives focusing on young athletes in the North Rift region, delivering actionable insights to inform future policy formulations. I bring 14+ years of implementation science, social and behavioural research, grant writing, trial management, and culturally responsive intervention design.
