As a UX intern I redesigned PaySecure flows and a Travel Agent detail page, improving usability and reducing user friction across checkout experiences. In a creative role I collaborated with content marketing to deliver performance‑driven Google AdSense and Meta ads, increasing audience reach by 45% in three months.
