Omkar Hiremath

I’m an aspiring Data Analyst and AI/ML enthusiast with a strong foundation in Python, SQL, Big Data Analytics, and full-stack development. I focus on building predictive systems and AI-powered applications that turn raw data into decisions people can trust.

Through experience and academic work, I’ve developed machine learning models, predictive systems, and AI applications using Python and scikit-learn. I’ve also strengthened my approach to data-driven solutions through internship work and structured project development.

In my Blockchain Intern role at Metacrafters, I built decentralized applications using Ethereum and Polygon, implementing blockchain-based smart contracts for secure transactions. This strengthened my ability to design reliable systems end-to-end, with a security-minded mindset.

My projects include a Home Loan Approval System using ML to assess loan eligibility with improved decision-making accuracy. I also built an AI-Based Chatbot with NLP capabilities (Python, NLP, Flask) and a Learning Disability Detector using feature engineering on academic and behavioral datasets (Python, scikit-learn, data visualization). I’m comfortable working across data preprocessing, visualization, and analysis with tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Matplotlib.
