I’m a results-driven Project Manager with 5+ years delivering multi-site operational projects and leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments. I’ve managed teams of 80+ staff while driving measurable outcomes across cost, service quality, and turnaround times.

In my most recent role, I support implementation and optimization of digital platforms used by multiple operational partners. I coordinate issue resolution between product, engineering, and operations teams to maintain service continuity, and I lead onboarding and retraining to ensure smooth adoption.

Previously at mPharma, I led large-scale operational programs across multiple locations, overseeing planning, execution, and performance monitoring. I developed dashboards to track cost efficiency and operational performance, identified risks with mitigation strategies, and delivered process improvement initiatives that strengthened coordination and reduced delays.

I also invest in leadership and analytics foundations, completing McKinsey Team Leadership and Business Leadership programs, plus KPMG AU Data Analytics job simulation (Forage) and Foundations in Project Management (Coursera). I bring structured problem-solving, stakeholder alignment, and KPI-driven decision-making to every program.
