I’m Omiel Lukas, an AI and computer forensics student with hands-on experience in IT support and teaching. I focus on building practical solutions using Machine Learning and security-focused analysis.
As a Teaching Assistant for Artificial Intelligence at Kyambogo University (July 2024 – To June 2026), I support learning through lecturing, setting and marking tests, and supervising course work and exams. I enjoy transforming complex topics into clear, actionable understanding.
Before that, I worked as an I.T Technician at Fortebet- Fourth Street Kampala (May 2023 – September 2024), handling laptop and Mini PC repairs, network setup and configuration, and training Field Technicians. This experience strengthened my attention to reliability, troubleshooting, and real-world delivery.
Across my training and projects, I apply skills in vulnerability assessment, malware analysis, log analysis, and OSINT alongside Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision. I bring a professional, ethical mindset—always aiming to improve systems and help others learn.
