What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute coordinated BIM models, Scan-to-BIM documentation, QA/QC, and multidisciplinary delivery while continuing to lead and mentor architectural teams.

At Orient Design Studio, I develop and coordinate LOD 300–350 architectural models for the Baccarat Hotel & Residences in Downtown Dubai, including custom parametric families, worksets, view templates, and complex Model-in-Place components.

I coordinate architectural, façade, structural, MEP, electrical, and drywall models in Revit and Navisworks, resolving clashes and completing BIM QA/QC before milestone deliverables. I also coordinate finishes, doors, and Revit families across 42 guest rooms while aligning models with Issued-for-Construction drawings.

I turn 3D point-cloud data into accurate Revit models and architectural documentation for medical, educational, administrative, and residential projects. My work includes existing-condition, demolition, and new-construction documentation, as-built modeling, and Ontario Building Code permit packages.

As a Team Leader, I mentor eight junior architects and supervise intern cohorts, assigning work, building QA/QC workflows, and supporting coordinated project delivery. I also contribute architectural presentations, digital content, and visual branding for the studio.
