I am an AI engineering undergraduate with hands-on experience both in customer support and in applying AI to real-world systems, particularly in healthcare and computer vision. I have worked as a Customer Service Representative at Teleperformance, and completed an AI engineering internship at N3AM where I analyzed hospital workflows and designed AI system components.

I build and evaluate machine learning and deep learning models, implement reinforcement learning algorithms, and contribute to research on parallel computing.
