As a Freelance IT & AI Consultant, I design and deliver practical AI and digital skills sessions for professionals, and coach developers on APIs, prompt design, and automation. I also built and refined an AI-driven email-automation project that reads emails, extracts content, generates letters, and updates tracking systems.
