What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and improve infrastructure automation, backend services, and reliable network or security platforms where I can reduce manual operations and collaborate closely with SRE, network, and engineering teams.

At Northstar Technologies, I build Python/Flask backend services and REST APIs for large-scale VMware, network, and security automation platforms. I automate VM lifecycle operations, Palo Alto firewall policies, and F5 load-balancer tasks with Python, Ansible, REST APIs, and PowerShell.

My automation work has reduced manual effort and errors by about 40%, increased successful automation runs by about 25%, and reduced troubleshooting turnaround time by about 30%. I also design relational databases, operator dashboards, and reliable backend patterns for validation, retries, idempotency, error handling, and monitoring.

Previously, I resolved routing, VPN, and firewall incidents at VaporVM and supported Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Sophos, and pfSense environments. I implemented NSX-T segmentation and VPNs, created operational runbooks, and delivered Equinix data-center connectivity for retail sites across Egypt and North Africa.

I've also administered networks for more than 100 clients across 20+ countries through Fiverr, using Python, Netmiko, and NAPALM to automate network operations. Earlier, I developed reservation-platform features with Angular and Laravel Lumen, backed by relational databases and documented APIs.
