At Guaranty Trust Bank, I manage user access and authorization across banking applications, including Finacle, Active Directory, and PAM platforms. I ensure access requests are promptly treated and restricted to authorized users.

I supported Project Evolve user migration from BASIS to Finacle CBA and developed a comprehensive SOP manual for the Core Banking Application solution. My work focuses on least privilege, segregation of duties, privileged-account security, password management, and timely de-provisioning.

I also work with external auditors by providing system-generated audit evidence and remediating identified anomalies in line with PCI DSS v4.0 standards. As a relief supervisor, I review and validate requests before approval while promoting security awareness from user-management risks.

Earlier roles in management assistance, client service, sales, and medical records strengthened my communication, organization, customer service, and records-management capabilities. I'm open to opportunities where I can apply access-control and information-security practices to protect critical systems and data.
