I'm looking for a culinary or hospitality role where I can contribute to food preparation, menu execution, kitchen operations, and guest service while growing through hands-on experience in a fast-paced team environment.

I've supported daily food preparation, ingredient staging, and station setup at G-Pinnacle Suites, helping maintain organized, safe workspaces during live-service kitchen operations.

As a freelance private cook, I coordinate casual catering and meal preparation for small events. I manage menu planning, dietary budgeting, grocery sourcing, timely service, and cleanup around client preferences.

Through independent hospitality consulting observation, I've studied hotel operations, front-of-house and back-of-house workflows, service quality, and operational efficiency.

I also use Microsoft Word, Excel, and other digital tools for administration, inventory tracking, data documentation, and workflow support. My Food Science and Technology background complements my practical interest in culinary arts and hospitality management.
