What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Product Design role where I can run user research, design WCAG-aware mobile/web B2B SaaS experiences, and partner with PMs and engineers to improve onboarding, conversion, and usability with measurable impact.

I’m a Product Designer specializing in B2B SaaS web and mobile experiences, with hands-on experience across the full design cycle—from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and usability testing in Figma.

At MegaTransact LTD, I’m currently contributing to four live products spanning FinTech, logistics, and social media, designing user-centred flows that keep build and design tightly aligned throughout each sprint. I delivered the DeliverNow onboarding flow end-to-end in Figma (8 screens) with fully annotated handoff specs that reduced engineering revision cycles.

I translate insights into measurable outcomes, including a 28% increase in trial sign-ups and a 40% reduction in lead response time. I’m WCAG-aware and systems-minded, applying accessibility standards and usability heuristics during design reviews to reduce reported friction across release cycles.

I also enjoy taking design from research to decision-making—running usability tests, synthesizing findings into personas and journey maps, and performing competitor analysis to sharpen visual and interaction direction. Whether collaborating remotely or in person, I work closely with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-accurate implementation across web and mobile.
