I’m a Strategic Quality Assurance and Technology professional with hands-on expertise across software testing, quality engineering, data analytics, and enterprise application delivery. I focus on building confidence in releases by ensuring reliability, compliance, and continuous improvement in cross-functional teams.

As a Quality Assurance Officer at eProcess Nigeria (Ecobank Software Centre), I led extensive test executions for mobile (Android & iOS), web apps, API integrations, and backend admin applications—including financial remittances across 33 African countries and Europe. I drive quality through bug/usability/security reporting, test case documentation, defect logging, UAT coordination with stakeholders, and readiness reviews before Change Advisory Board (CAB) presentations.

I also bring an engineering mindset from my Software Engineering (Intern) experience at eProcess Nigeria, where I drafted functional requirements and user stories, reviewed mockups, developed APIs using Java-Springboot, and performed functional testing. I’m comfortable working within CI/CD and agile environments to support seamless development workflows.

Earlier, as a Data Science Fellow at IDAF, I built analytical capability through statistical learning, machine learning/predictive modeling, deep learning concepts, and applied techniques like sentiment detection and NLP embeddings for topic modeling. I’m guided by a practical, data-driven approach to solving complex problems and delivering organizational impact.
