At Cloud Advisory, I provision and run infrastructure across Azure and AWS, including virtual machines, networks, security rules, and a managed database behind private networking. I also script resource checks and document builds with reproducible evidence.
In my MediFlow project, I provisioned AKS infrastructure with Terraform and built a three-stage Azure DevOps pipeline on a self-hosted Linux and Docker agent. I debugged workload identity and Key Vault secret injection, then added Prometheus and Grafana monitoring.
For my AWS EKS project, I deployed canary releases with automatic rollback on failed health checks and added container image scanning to the pipeline. In BioSeq, I set up S3 storage, PostgreSQL, and Athena with Terraform and CloudWatch monitoring.
As a Trainee Data Engineer at 10Alytics, I built Python and SQL workflows on Databricks and Airflow across AWS and Azure. I’ve also contributed merged changes to Meltano and nf-core/modules, and I document builds so others can follow them.
