I am an ICT professional with progressive experience at United Healthcare International Ltd, where I advanced from Graduate Trainee to ICT Assistant Manager. I focus on database management, systems analysis and design, and end-to-end IT operations to support business objectives.
At United Healthcare International I managed over 50% of the Health Information Management System (HIMS) and led the design and implementation of an incident/event management log to reduce mean time to resolution. I have hands-on experience deploying networks, configuring routers and access points, and administering enterprise software and telecommunications.
