What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a data-focused role where I can use SQL, Python, and Power BI to produce KPI and performance insights. I want to improve data quality, communicate actionable findings, and collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders.

I’m a detail-oriented, analytical professional with “over 7 years of experience leveraging data, structured problem-solving, and technical analysis” to improve operational performance across healthcare technology and IT. I’m currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Data Science while building advanced expertise in SQL, Python, Power BI, and data visualization.

In my work, I analyze operational data, identify trends, and develop performance reports that help management track field performance and recurring issues. I focus on data cleaning & validation, exploratory data analysis (EDA), root cause analysis, and KPI reporting to turn raw information into meaningful business intelligence for strategic decision-making.

Alongside analytics, I bring hands-on experience maintaining accurate service and equipment records in CRM systems, applying structured root-cause analysis to diagnose faults, and using maintenance/repair patterns to reduce repeat failures. I also communicate actionable insights to technical and business stakeholders—strengthening data quality assurance, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to improve real outcomes.
