At The Mind Yard, I developed The BRIDGE Model™ to make emotional intelligence training work across cultural contexts. I use it in workshops on cross-cultural leadership and team effectiveness, and in coaching professionals navigating complex cultural dynamics.
At Ọkàn, I’m developing a culturally grounded emotional intelligence platform for African and collectivist realities. I lead product strategy and research, translating emotional intelligence theory into accessible digital experiences.
My work draws on an M.A. in African Literature, emotional intelligence coaching, and training in Positive Psychiatry and Mental Health. I’m also the author of Mirror Conversations (Mastering Emotional Intelligence) and Crested Crown, a spoken word poet, and organiser of Dazzle With Words Competition.
