On SIWES CONNECT, I designed the information architecture for a digital logging and verification platform that replaced physical logbooks with structured submissions and role-based dashboards. I conducted student interviews and translated workflow friction into clearer verification states, including a Pending Queue that gave supervisors real-time status visibility.

For the GRUBBERS capstone project, I restructured the discovery-to-checkout journey and validated the prototype through usability testing, achieving 0% navigation drop-off along its primary path. I also designed the AEGIS SECURITY DASHBOARD, turning terminal-style logs into prioritized telemetry and alert views, with an estimated 50% reduction in time to evaluate system status.
