I also optimized performance with SSR and SEO best practices to improve page load time and organic traffic.
On VowThread, I shipped Smart Receptionist to deliver instant AI-powered responses, cutting response wait time by 90%, and contributed to Smart Planner matching couples with vendors within their budget range. I also developed vendor dashboard features for service management, portfolio uploads, booking and availability tracking, and transaction handling, helping scale to 1000+ active vendors.
Most recently at Soft Solutions Limited, I’m developing a multi-tenant HR management system adopted by 8 companies, covering onboarding, attendance, leave, task tracking, compensation and benefits, and performance evaluations for 400+ employees. I collaborate across designers, backend engineers, and stakeholders to ship scalable, user-friendly products and cut manual HR processing time by 60%.
