What I'm looking for

I’m interested in applying data analysis and automation to operational reporting and decision-making.

At FirstBank, I support enterprise network operations and messaging, collaboration, communication, and voice services. I monitor network services, investigate incidents, and coordinate issue resolution to help maintain operational continuity.

I troubleshoot LAN connectivity, including blocked or inactive switch ports, uplink faults, and unresponsive switches or routers. I also contribute to SD-WAN and Intelligent LAN deployment activities across 700 branches.

At Resourcery Plc, I implemented and managed structured-cabling installations for office projects including Deloitte Office at Civic Tower Lagos, NIBSS Office Retrofit Lagos, Microsoft Office Lagos, AMCON Office Lagos, and Ernst & Young Office Lagos. I conducted site surveys, coordinated project mobilisation, and supervised technicians and subcontractors.

I tested and diagnosed copper, optical-fibre, and coaxial cabling installations, and prepared as-built documentation using Microsoft Visio, Word, and Excel. I’m currently pursuing an M.Sc. in Data Science Management and am interested in applying data analysis and automation to operational reporting and decision-making.
