I’m a passionate Yoruba language educator and cultural advocate dedicated to preserving and promoting Yoruba heritage through innovative, accessible teaching. I combine traditional Yoruba knowledge with modern pedagogical approaches to help both native and non-native learners connect with the language meaningfully.

Since January 2021, I’ve been the Founder / Yoruba Language Instructor at Yorubalasawa Learning, teaching Yoruba language and culture through online classes for local and international students. I create digital learning materials such as flashcards, pronunciation guides, and interactive lessons, and I manage Yoruba language content for children and adults.

Alongside my instruction work, I design learning content and curricula. As a Yoruba Language Content Developer for the AE Learning Project (Nigeria / UK), I designed structured Yoruba curriculum and visual aids for Junior Secondary School students in the UK, adapting textbooks to British educational standards and developing lesson plans, assessments, and pronunciation activities using British English conventions.

I’m also a certified TEFL teacher with completed teaching records, which strengthens my ability to deliver effective, culturally sensitive lessons and track learner progress. Through freelancing as a Language & Cultural Consultant, I provided Yoruba conversational coaching, pronunciation training, and support for international students and researchers in Yoruba linguistic and cultural studies.
