Olorunfemi Oyewole

I’m a software engineer with over 3 years of experience building mobile and web applications, bringing a strong design sensibility to reduce friction between design and implementation. I’m comfortable owning both the UI layer and the engineering logic beneath it, from component architecture to responsive, production-ready interfaces.

In frontend work, I designed and built a core user-facing dashboard for an AI assistant product, partnering with backend and AI engineers to keep the interface aligned with real-time assistant state and responses. I also architected a scalable React component library using Tailwind CSS to maintain consistent UI patterns across the product.

My product design experience strengthens how I ship—leading end-to-end mobile app design from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes and delivering developer-ready handoffs with annotated specs. I’ve also shaped UX for a telemedicine application, contributed to a design system (including color token definitions), and used usability studies to iterate prototypes into user-aligned features.

On mobile engineering, I contributed maintainable Android features using modern Jetpack components with MVVM architecture, including Android development with Kotlin and Firebase. I’m also a Devfest speaker and production volunteer who enjoys sharing practical engineering knowledge and supporting community tech activities.
