At HealthFirst, I work on Medicare and Medicaid enrollment and provider claims in FACETS. I trace mismatches between EDI 834 enrollment information and member coverage, and help define changes to eligibility, benefits, claim pricing, provider reimbursement, and claim edits.
At Maxim Healthcare, I supported EPIC EHR enhancements for home and post-acute care operations. I worked on HL7 and FHIR interoperability requirements and helped document how patient, provider, encounter, and clinical information moved between EPIC and connected applications.
At Missouri Department of Social Services (DSS), I worked on FACES-to-CCWIS modernization and Medicaid eligibility systems covering Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, and child-care assistance. Earlier, at Keystone First- Independence Blue Cross (IBX-BCBS), I gathered claims requirements and worked with TriZetto FACETS and EDI transactions.
