@oliviercloutier
Interdisciplinary researcher specializing in archaeogenetics and ancient history.
What I'm looking for
I am an interdisciplinary researcher with a strong focus on archaeogenetics and ancient history. My academic journey has been enriched by collaborations with prestigious institutions such as the Université de Montréal and Harvard University, where I developed advanced skills in mathematical modeling, database analysis, and biochemistry. My research primarily investigates genetic diffusion and cultural evolution, integrating innovative approaches from both the humanities and biological sciences.
In addition to my academic pursuits, I have a background in Muay Thai, which has instilled in me discipline, resilience, and stress management. These qualities have proven invaluable in leading demanding academic projects. I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Analysis, and Bibliometrics at the Université du Québec à Rimouski, where I am exploring the evolving use of generative AI in scientific writing and its implications for research quality and transparency.
