I've led finance transformation, restructuring and refinancing for technology businesses including Retail Insight, Mode Global and ZEPZ. At Retail Insight, I partnered with the CEO on a full company restructure, secured an increased debt facility as interim CFO, and rebuilt finance around AI-driven workflows.
Previously, I built Mode Global's financial governance framework and raised £7 million across two funding rounds, while at ZEPZ I supported the business towards IPO readiness, integrated a £500 million US acquisition, and reduced year-end close from 13 months to three. I'm Big 4 trained at PwC, where I led assurance and advisory work across complex multinational TMT clients.
