Provided IT and MIS support across enterprise systems, networks, and end-user devices for a 50–150 staff organization. Managed user accounts, device enrollment, access control, and endpoint security using Entra ID, Intune, Sophos, and Checkpoint Firewall, and maintained asset and licensing compliance documentation.

Led QA efforts for mobile and web applications by analyzing test results and reviewing software designs ahead of release. Partnered with development teams to triage and resolve bugs quickly while maintaining version control and change records for release traceability and audit readiness.

Planned and implemented test strategies for mobile and web applications and tracked progress in Jira. Conducted API testing with Postman, automated recurring tests using Datadog and Selenium, and performed manual and regression testing including software compatibility tests across devices.

Planned, configured, and managed microwave network links for MTN Nigeria, conducting performance tests to maintain reliability. Mentored incoming interns on microwave network processes and standard procedures.

Monitored network performance for downtimes on the Airtel project and escalated issues to senior engineers while assisting with rerouting to minimize disruption. Prepared daily and weekly network performance and remediation action reports.

Earned a B.Sc. in Industrial Physics with a focus on Electronics and IT Applications from Covenant University (2015–2020).
