I’m looking for a QA leadership role where I can own Quality Gates, streamline release and testing processes, and scale automation with strong CI/CD. I want teams that value metrics, clarity, and fast, reliable delivery.

I’m a QA Lead with over 15 years in IT and international experience across B2B and B2C—covering functional, system, integration, E2E, regression, acceptance, and smoke testing. I focus on making quality measurable, release-ready, and fast without sacrificing coverage.

In my current role (Uspio Ltd, Cyprus), I restructure testing processes and refactor the regression model to allocate a smoke package. I automate smoke execution using TypeScript and Playwright, integrate it into the CI/CD pipeline, and reduce regression execution time from 2 weeks to 2 days.

Previously, as an Experienced QA Manager, I formed an effective team from scratch (30+ specialists) and established Agile-based development processes to improve cycle speed and team flexibility. I implemented release cycles and Quality Gates, built reporting and QA metrics, and reduced regression testing time by 4x—while delivering successful MVPs, including a WEB GUIDE project where 320 defects were identified in just 3 days.

Earlier as an AQA Lead, I refactored testing frameworks and modernized dependencies to raise PASS RATE from 30% to 90% during regression. I also decomposed E2E automated tests into atomic regression scenarios and automated testing for 29 countries, strengthening transparency, reporting, and overall product quality.
