At Applause / uTest, I supported testing contactless mobile payments on phones and smartwatches in France. I tested more than 100 products across web, mobile, smart TV, payments, and eCommerce, reaching an 86% bug approval rate for a leading French eCommerce retailer.
I wrote 40% of the master test plan for a major test cycle and helped raise team efficiency by 31%. I also found critical bugs before release, and three client companies chose me as their Favorite Tester.
At Manifest & Company, I ran user acceptance testing with client stakeholders on new Sales Cloud and Service Cloud features. I wrote user stories and acceptance criteria from client requirements, then configured validation rules, flows, and permissions against business rules. I hold the ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level certification and have hands-on automation experience with Playwright and Cypress.
