Three rounds of moderated usability testing helped me identify and fix 10+ friction points across onboarding and navigation beta session length improved by 25% and handoff time dropped by 15% through structured design documentation.

At TapCoin, I designed a Bitcoin-to-Fiat conversion flow from the ground up, cutting a complex financial process down to 3 steps. Task completion speed improved by 40% after iterative testing. I also built out a Figma design system with full edge-case coverage — error states, network delays, the details that usually get skipped.

At ZiinGO, I redesigned a cluttered marketplace into something people could actually shop on. The result: 50% more app downloads, 40% more completed orders, and 60% growth in total orders mostly driven by information architecture changes that made products easier to discover.

I care about the parts of a product most people rush past onboarding, checkout, error states, transitions. That's where trust is built or lost, and that's where I do my best work.
