I'm looking to build governed cloud data platforms and trusted analytics products, especially in healthcare, where I can improve data quality, performance, security, and self-service reporting while mentoring engineers and partnering with business teams.

I've delivered healthcare data platforms and curated analytics products for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, HHAeXchange, HealthPartners, and financial-services organizations.

At Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, I built configuration-driven ELT pipelines and Bronze/Silver/Gold data layers across claims, membership, financial, clinical, and operational domains, reducing data refresh time by about 20%. I also designed an internal RAG assistant over curated claims and member data that reduced analyst lookup time by about 30%.

At HHAeXchange, I led a governed Lakehouse spanning EVV, caregiver, billing, patient, and operational data, processing more than 2 million records daily.
