At New York State Department of Health, I lead engineering for a regulated Azure data platform supporting healthcare analytics, operational reporting, data products, and emerging AI/ML use cases. I build lakehouse data flows with ADLS Gen2, Databricks, and Delta Lake, and develop near-real-time pipelines with Event Hubs and Structured Streaming.
At AT&T, I designed and supported batch and streaming data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Kafka, and Event Hubs. I also contributed to legacy warehouse and database modernization, including migration validation and production stabilization.
Earlier, at Humana, I worked on governed healthcare and Medicaid data integration and analytics. At Morgan Stanley, I developed warehouse models and Informatica and SSIS ETL workflows for enterprise reporting; I also hold four Microsoft Azure certifications.
