At Inhance Technologies, I monitor daily production and plant operations, analyzing schedules, work orders, staffing, equipment availability, and inventory to support planning and resource allocation.
I use ERP systems to track production activity, chemical usage, inventory movement, and operational performance. I also maintain production logs and quality records, and support quality control processes and customer requirements.
I monitor safety, environmental, and quality compliance, report incidents through Vector and Axiom, and coordinate with maintenance and Quality teams on equipment issues and calibration. I also lead 5S and continuous improvement initiatives and have managed plant operations during the Plant Manager's absence.
