I'm looking for a remote role where I can improve enterprise workflows, use data to solve operational problems, support QA and product delivery, and grow through cross-functional work with engineering and business teams.

At Excite Panacea Limited, I led business analysis for custom ERP and SFA solutions, breaking down B2B quarry workflows to address production, supply-chain, and inventory bottlenecks. I designed an inventory-tracking method that reduced historical overproduction and created simple field data-entry processes to improve accuracy and adoption.

I'm also building and testing Laravel enterprise applications through backend architecture, tawk.to chat workflow integrations, UAT planning, regression testing, and technical bug reporting. Using Excel, SQL, Tableau, and Python, I clean and analyze data, build KPI reports, and communicate actionable insights to non-technical stakeholders.
