What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that allows me to advocate for gender equality and support vulnerable communities while utilizing my financial management skills.

I am a hardworking and proactive social worker with extensive experience in gender-based violence (GBV) prevention and case management. My journey has been marked by a commitment to advocating for the rights of individuals and providing support to survivors. I have successfully conducted community outreach programs, facilitated safety planning, and developed individualized case plans for GBV survivors, ensuring their needs are met with confidentiality and care.

In my previous roles, I have demonstrated strong leadership and collaboration skills, working with various stakeholders, including NGOs, government bodies, and community leaders. My financial acumen complements my social work expertise, allowing me to manage budgets effectively and contribute to strategic planning. I am currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance, which further enhances my ability to integrate financial management with social services.
