Okko Seki

I’m a DRRM and administrative support professional known for staying organized, adapting quickly, and getting things done efficiently. In my current role as MDRRMO Staff at LGU-Santa Fe, I prepare payrolls, vouchers, and other financial documents while supporting DILG and COA compliance through fund reporting.

I assist in budgeting, accounting, and liquidation of MDRRMO funds, and I help organize trainings, seminars, and community drills on disaster preparedness. I also participate in relief operations, ensuring proper documentation of distributed aid, and I conduct risk assessments, gather data, and maintain updated DRRM records.

Before that, I worked as a Sales Associate at Dui Marketing, where I engaged customers, upsold services, and drove daily sales targets by building strong client rapport through communication and product knowledge. Across roles, I bring teamwork, strong organization and coordination, time management, adaptability, and problem-solving—especially when working under pressure or during emergencies.
