At Samsung, I worked on an internal secure messaging platform, engineering its architecture across entity, repository, use-case, and local storage layers. I managed asynchronous UI state with Kotlin Coroutines and StateFlow and adapted layouts for foldable devices, multiple windows, and Korean text.
I contributed to modernizing Samsung’s Contacts application from Java/MVP to Kotlin/MVVM, including reactive data flow with Coroutines and Flow and dependency injection with Dagger-Hilt. I also built Galaxy AI Brief Now UI components and a React/JavaScript browser extension that synchronized calendar operations with the Samsung Calendar app.
As a solo developer, I built Bannr, an Android image-generation app using Google Imagen and Gemini Flash APIs; it ranked Top 5 among 3,300 teams at the Google GenAI Hackathon 2024. I also built Memify, an AI meme-making app with context-aware captions and custom touch gestures.
I independently architected, developed, and deployed Spammukt on the Google Play Store to detect terminated calls and enable one-tap spam reporting to TRAI. My work included background services, runtime overlay permissions, and telephony broadcast listeners across Android 10–14.
