What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer-focused role where I can drive retention and growth, resolve accounts end-to-end, and partner with internal teams to improve the experience—ideally in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment with strong compliance.

I’m a Customer Support and Customer Success professional with over 5 years of experience across fintech payments, financial services, insurance, and business development. I’m known for managing high-volume customer interactions and exceeding performance targets in fast-paced remote environments.

In my recent role at Onafriq (MFS Africa), I managed relationships with over 600 agents, merchants, and business partners across assigned markets. I supported growth initiatives, qualified opportunities, and helped onboard and activate 300+ agents and merchants using Salesforce CRM.

Previously at BCA Financial Services, I handled 100–120+ inbound and outbound customer communications daily, focusing on billing, account inquiries, and payment resolutions for U.S.-based clients. I negotiated payment arrangements, maintained accurate CRM documentation, and resolved concerns while ensuring adherence to FDCPA, HIPAA, FCRA, and other regulatory requirements.

Earlier, I built pipelines and supported customers through phone, email, and chat as a Customer Experience & Business Development Specialist at CityPass Express Limited, and I delivered frontline emergency response customer support from 2016–2019.
