Hi, I'm Anurag. I'm a product engineer at Cybership, a 3PL fulfillment platform. If a box left a warehouse with the right label on it today, there's a decent chance my code was involved.

Things I've built there:

• An automation rules engine, think Shopify Flow for warehouses. 50 trigger types, 16 condition operators, 7 action types, and 50,000+ rule executions a day. I built it solo, which is why I have strong feelings about Zod.

• Cybership Desktop, a packing-station app that prints labels and reads scales. It talks to printers over the OS spooler, raw TCP, USB and HID, and to scales over serial, HID, USB, Bluetooth and TCP through 64 protocol decoders. It ships signed and auto-updating on macOS and Windows, and if it crashes mid-print it will not print your label twice. I'm unreasonably proud of that last part.

• The shipping labels system, wired into EasyPost, USPS, ShipStation, BukuShip and Mapbox. 10,000+ labels a day, averaging under 2 seconds each.

I'm also the one who picks up when a customer's warehouse can't ship. I chase it from the first report to the root cause, often the same day, and then fix the product so it can't happen again.

Before Cybership I led frontend and managed the team on Altern8, a real estate lending platform. I care more than is reasonable about typography.
