What I'm looking for

Je cherche un poste en analyse financière bilingue où je peux piloter AP/AR, budgets et clôtures, améliorer les processus, et encadrer/former. Je veux un environnement rigoureux, collaboratif et orienté résultats, avec de la place pour l’amélioration continue.

Je suis une analyste financière bilingue avec une expérience progressive chez MEDLINE CANADA, où je supervise les comptes payables et recevables et j’assure l’intégrité des enregistrements financiers. Je prends en charge le suivi des factures et des paiements (EFT, Wire, ACH, chèques), ainsi que les approbations dans le système et à la banque.

Depuis 2021, j’évolue comme Team lead AP/AR : je supervise et produis les états financiers mensuels et annuels, je gère les clôtures (fermeture de mois et analyse des rapports, fermeture d’année) et je réalise les réconciliations bancaires hebdomadaires et mensuelles. Je participe aussi au processus budgétaire, aux rapprochements intercompany et à l’analyse (écarts d’inventaire, coût de revient), tout en extrayant et fournissant des rapports de vente aux fournisseurs.

Auparavant, comme Administratrice financière au Collège CDI (2015–2018), j’ai produit les relevés fiscaux (T2202A et Relevé 8) et piloté la gestion complète des comptes en souffrance (collection, ententes de paiements). J’ai aussi géré les opérations financières quotidiennes du campus (petite caisse, dépôts, facturation clients et fournisseurs, écritures de journal, réconciliation), et contribué aux prévisions budgétaires.

Je combine mon esprit analytique et mon sens de l’organisation avec une capacité à travailler sous pression et à traiter plusieurs dossiers. À travers mes expériences en gestion d’équipe (dont des rôles de direction des ventes), je sais encadrer, former et améliorer les processus—y compris via la mise en place de méthodes de gestion des finances.
