I'm looking for a dynamic retail role where I can deliver personalized bilingual customer service, support visual merchandising and inventory needs, and contribute to a positive team and shopping experience.

I've supported customer experiences at Abercrombie & Fitch in Toronto, providing personalized styling guidance around fit, preferences, and the brand's casual-premium aesthetic.

I maintain strong brand presentation through floor sets, denim and essentials folding, seasonal visual updates, and inventory monitoring. I communicate restock needs to help keep core products consistently available.

Previously, I worked as a bilingual sales associate at Zara and JD Sports in Paris, where I recommended fashion, footwear, and athletic apparel based on customer needs, sizing, comfort, and sport-specific preferences.

I'm fluent in English and French and am completing a Bachelor of Information Technology (Honours) at York University.
