Delivered a reusable CSV importer with dynamic column mapping, drove a platform-wide Kanban pipeline feature, integrated automation stage-change triggers, and shipped unified hybrid/vector search with end-to-end tests.

Led a remote team of 3 engineers for a Liberian Ministry of Labour recruitment/compliance platform, owning code review, async workflows, and technical decision-making across web and mobile delivery. Managed end-to-end infrastructure provisioning and deployment on DigitalOcean (Cloudflare, domains, transactional email, and Play Console), and translated compliance/product requirements into an engine

Developed a multi-poster and ATS platform syncing job postings across major job boards and integrating Bullhorn via an embedded iframe app. Built and maintained integrations across REST/GraphQL/XML, normalized application ingestion, implemented bidirectional Bullhorn candidate status sync, and added AI-generated job description suggestions in the posting editor.

Owned the Competency Management domain end-to-end, designing and shipping 7 new database tables, ORM relation mappings, transactional service logic, and 15 REST API endpoints with Zod validation and integration tests. Synced Lightcast/EMSI skills data between PostgreSQL and Elasticsearch, built an org chart visualization with D3 (DFS/BFS), and modernized the frontend stack by migrating to React 18

Shipped production-ready Flutter features alongside backend engineers and designers, delivering first-role impact within six months of self-directed study. Collaborated on mobile development using Flutter to support real production workflows.
