I redesigned the Konga e-commerce experience to simplify product discovery, support shopper confidence, and create a clearer checkout journey. I also designed a seller/admin dashboard for managing products, orders, customers, analytics, payments, and store settings.
For the case study, I conducted secondary research and competitive analysis, then developed the information architecture, user flow, and high-fidelity interfaces. I built a reusable design system and component library in Figma and refined the interface after a heuristic review.
My background includes a B.Tech. in Computer Science from Federal University of Technology, Owerri, and hands-on experience with UX research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability evaluation. I also supported staff with common hardware and software issues at Aero Contractors.
