Directed Informatica MDM SaaS modernization and managed a $4M transformation portfolio spanning governance, architecture, and delivery acceleration. Created reusable governance templates, accelerators, and operating practices that reduced delivery effort and improved execution consistency.

Developed SAP S/4HANA and MDG roadmaps, aligned ECC, Central Finance, MDG, and enterprise integrations, and established scalable master-data standards.

Led global SAP MDG transformation across 72 enterprise data objects and reduced critical data-quality defects by 95% through governance, stewardship, and operational controls. Directed global stakeholder enablement, governance adoption, and transition into sustained business operations.
