I am a Sharia Economics graduate from Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta with a 3.44 GPA and seven years of experience in administrative assistance, guest relations, and caregiving. I bring dependable organizational skills and a service-oriented mindset cultivated through work at institutional and hospitality settings.

At PAY Putri Aisyiyah Yogyakarta I served as a receptionist, mentor/caregiver, and administrative support, where I managed guest reception, phone communications, and assisted in supervising daily activities for children. I maintained professional communication between the institution and external parties and supported operational needs.

I also worked as an inn receptionist at BLK PAY Yogyakarta, where I welcomed guests, provided essential information, addressed complaints, and handled incoming calls—strengthening my customer-service and issue-resolution abilities.
