I manage EU regulatory and customer information requests for finished food products at Kerry Group Business Services, supporting accurate, timely fulfilment across Europe.

I prepare and maintain product specifications, regulatory statements, Halal and Kosher certifications, and customer documentation. I work with Regulatory Scientific Affairs, RD&A, Quality, Operations, and Commercial teams to validate information and resolve regulatory queries.

I've supported automation and process-improvement initiatives, including regulatory compliance checking and specification renewals. I also led Halal certificate uploads for approximately 3,000 SKUs and mentor new joiners through process training and knowledge sharing.
