What I'm looking for

I'm looking to transition into a data analytics role where I can use SQL, Tableau, Python, R, and Excel to turn data into meaningful insights and support evidence-based decisions.

I'm transitioning from dentistry, customer service, and sales into data analytics, bringing analytical thinking, problem-solving, and evidence-based decision-making.

At Cupola Teleservices, I managed an inbound pipeline of more than 80 customer and prospective accounts daily, resolved escalations, identified upsell opportunities, and analyzed recurring customer friction points.
