What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can apply machine learning and business intelligence to solve financial and business problems. I want to build dashboards, perform predictive analytics, and support data-driven decisions with strong collaboration.

I’m a Postgraduate Diploma in Data Science student at the University of the Witwatersrand, with a strong academic foundation in Mathematics, Chemistry, and Physics. I use quantitative thinking to build machine learning models, run statistical analyses, and turn data into business intelligence.

I’ve developed end-to-end solutions with Python, SQL, and PySpark, including an income classification pipeline using Apache Spark MLlib. I also built a customer segmentation approach using PCA and K-Means, and designed a Power BI dashboard for banking risk analysis.

My work is driven by data-driven decision-making for complex business and financial challenges. I focus on reliable data cleaning, exploratory analysis, and model evaluation—balancing performance metrics with practical interpretation for stakeholders.

I also bring leadership experience as Chief Technology Officer of Coda Mzansi, leading technology strategy and digital initiatives that promote coding and STEM education within underserved communities. I coordinate projects, mentor volunteers, and collaborate with stakeholders to expand digital literacy programmes.
