At CSIR–National Chemical Laboratory (CSIR-NCL), I investigated automated extraction of molecular structures from scientific literature, working at the intersection of AI, computer vision, and scientific data.

I developed image-processing and MolScribe-based workflows to convert molecular diagrams into machine-readable chemical representations, and explored approaches for handling complex molecular figures.

For my Automatic Chemical Structure Recognition project, I developed a computer-vision workflow to extract molecular diagrams from scientific literature. I also explored converting visual chemical structures into machine-readable representations.

I’ve also developed an OpenCV face-detection application and a C banking management system. I’m interested in AI/ML research and interdisciplinary applications of computational methods.
