Krishnan Abhishek

At Indian Institute of Science, I work as a Research Intern. My interests include computational sciences, especially computational material sciences, computational biology, and computational chemical engineering.

As an undergraduate researcher at Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology, I worked on a project analyzing how membrane thickness affects proton exchange membrane fuel cell performance, followed by optimization using a Bayesian optimization algorithm.

I also developed an artificial neural network model to predict the photocatalytic degradation efficiency of Cefixime. At IIChE-SCHEMCON-2024, my team earned the 1 runner-up position in the Smart Chemical Engineering Category.
