At Maidar Secure, I design, develop, and maintain automated workflows across Zoho CRM, Desk, Creator, Sign, Forms, Flow, and Analytics.

I've built a Zoho Creator application integrated with CRM, Zoho Sheet, Zoho Sign, and Zoho Forms. I also develop Devo SOAR playbooks using Python and SQL for case and SLA automation, including tracking, countdowns, breach detection, and escalation notifications.

I configure API connections, field mappings, and integrations between Zoho applications and external platforms, while testing and troubleshooting workflows to resolve technical errors.

Previously, at Day-by-Day Early Childhood Development, I maintained website pages, content, and images, ensuring clear, consistent, accurate, and readable presentation.
